Introduction
The terms and conditions below apply to the use of the website for Little Memory Shop (LMS) little-memory.shop, which is operated by the owner Susan Elliott and trading as a Sole Trader. Using the website and or placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Prices & Payment
Prices on LMS are in UK pounds. Payment is via PayPal which accepts all major credit and debit cards. LMS has no access to any card information used with PayPal. Full T&C’s of PayPal can be found through their website.
Postage & Packing
Where possible LMS recycles packaging so your order may come in a recycled jiffy bag or envelope. Postage is a flat rate of £2.50 for any amount of orders sent in one shipment to the same address. Postage is free for orders over £60. LMS currently only ships within the UK. LMS uses Royal Mail and most items are posted second class to keep p&p as low as possible. If you would like recorded or signed for delivery please get in touch. Please ensure your address details on PayPal are up to date.
Refunds
All items from LMS are handmade. The majority are custom made with personal photographs and could not be resold. Returns are not possible on custom made pieces. Some pieces experience a distressed look or small markings within the print. These can be caused by natural imperfections in the wood and the wood accepting the ink. If there is a very obvious mark directly over a face which ruins the image LMS will reprint. This will add to the timescale.
Privacy Policy
Customer privacy is important and LMS only uses personal information to administer products you have ordered. When you make a purchase through this site we receive certain personal information such as your name, billing/shipping address, postcode and email address. We use JotForm for the contact form. Pictures of finished wood pieces are shared with permission on this website, social media, and possibly in advertising but only with permission.
Third Parties: LMS uses Google Analytics, JotForm, WordPress and PayPal to operate.
Analytics: LMS uses data analytics to monitor and develop site performance. Our analytics can track standard information such as pages viewed and user locations. As an interest post we may occasionally share users town/city/country location on social media but we cannot pinpoint any individuals through information gained via analytics.
Emails: We have a sign-up form for occasional newsletters. Email addresses are not written down and are all digitally secure. You can unsubscribe from emails at any point.
Deletion: Upon written request, we can delete all personal information we hold about you.
